RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.

Summary:The BA reports to the Senior Manager of Application Development, working with IT and Business Contributors to support Member Services, Pension Administration, Investments and Finance. The BA will develop and analyze information to elicit business needs and document processes. This is a leadership position within an Agile team.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of Business Analysis or equivalent experience required Experience leading & working in Agile or Scrum environments required Experience developing business workflows, system requirements and user stories required Knowledge of pension benefit administration, and or financial calculations desirable
