Job Description

As a ProjectBridge Engineerfor the Arizona Road / Bridge team in our Phoenix, AZor Chandler, AZ offices, you will coordinate with necessary leaders to determine the appropriate personnel to provide engineering and technical support in a specific area or to a specific project. Will also provide direction in putting togethertechnical resourcesfor key projects and determine scope, complexity, andplanning and schedulingrequirements of large-scale projects. Will also develop and maintainclient relationships, pursue projects, prepare proposals, andwin work. A main responsibility will bemanaging staffand workload through the duration of projects andmentoringemployees while also performing Quality Control reviews of project deliverables.

You Bring to the team:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Experience utilizing structural design and drafting software packages preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Must be a registered professional engineer
  • Prior experience with ADOT preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • AASHTO LRFD Experience
  • MDX and/or LARSA Experience
  • LEAP Bridge Concrete Experience
