Located in the Phoenix area, you'll join a team that caters to it's best-in-class clientele, creating new developments. The team is looking for mid-level engineers and looking to move the hiring process quickly. Flexible scheduling and hybrid remote work available.

Required Skills and Experience - 2 years of backend API language such as Java or other JVM language such as Scala, Kotlin, or Golang - Experience building microservices using Spring Boot or a similar API framework - Willingness and ability to learn, new developments will be a blend of Java and Kotlin APIs - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Years of experience equivalent to education accepted - Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desired Skills & Experience - Experience in Kotlin or building APIs that support consumer-grade mobile applications - Prior experience working with build & deployments on application servers - Knowledge and/or experience with mobile application development

What You Will Be Doing as the API Engineer - Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of Server Side APIs - Work in a team environment, collaborating with project managers and software developers to design, develop, test, and maintain Server Side APIs - Assist in the estimation and assessment of the feasibility for certain features
