verview- This position is responsible for troubleshooting State agency and public technical user issues via telephone and e-mail, recommending solutions to technical issues, providing on-the-spot user training for suppliers via telephone, remote PC connection and e-mail, documenting user issues and resolutions in an issue tracking system, and escalating issues when appropriate. - Ideal candidate would have existing technical support experience. Job Duties- Provides eProcurement system technical support via telephone and e-mail, such as responding to user questions, diagnosing technical problems on the system side and documenting user contacts in an issue tracking system.- Provides one-on-one eProcurement system spot training to customers via telephone or remote PC connection.- Documents approximately 20 user contacts in the issue tracking system per day. Resources with previous remote work experience is a plus.
