WE ARE GROWING AND LOOKING FOR A ROCKSTAR IN THE POOL INDUSTRY

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND TECH-CENTRIC AND POSSESS POOL PERMIT EXPERIENCE

Job Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience in project coordination, project management, vendor management within pool industry

- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and a keen eye for detail

- Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Proficiency in project management software - Jobber, Pool Brain, Google Workplace

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with permitting processes, purchasing, and compliance documentation

Responsibilities:

- Manage subcontractors and confirm work is completed on time

- This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from planning through completion

- Develop and manage project schedules, goals, and timelines

- Coordinate project designs, engineering plans with stakeholders and ensure all necessary resources are allocated

- Prepare, review and submit construction permits, contracts and change orders

- Monitor project progress, update status reports, and handle changes in project scope

- Ensure project deadlines are met and promptly alert management of any potential delays

- Identify and resolve project issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts

- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, project team members, and vendors

- Facilitate communication within the project team and across relevant departments

- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes

- Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Oversee the permitting process, purchase materials, and enter purchase orders

- Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and filed properly

- Conduct project evaluations and assessments of results

- Manage opening and close-out procedures for each project

- The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager report directly to the Director of Construction and - - - Operations or, in some cases, the Director of Service and Repairs

- The Project Coordinator will work closely with these team members and interact with on-site and off-site project stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget
