Part time Maintenance worker at Needles storage facility

Maintenance worker needed for self storage facility in Needles, CA. Immediate opening. We need someone who can work at least 4 days a week and may include weekend days. Job duties include cleaning vacated storage units, inspecting for pests, performing repairs, monitoring the facility's condition for maintenance needs, checking security systems like gates and locks, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, and reporting any major repair issues to management. This is an active position, which requires you to work outside in hot/cold temps.
