Weatherization Tech/Carpenter wanted

Growing home energy retrofit company looking to hire an experienced weatherization technician/ carpenter. Ideal candidate is drug free, self-motivated, has a clean driving record, has strong customer service skills, is hard working, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work. BPI certification preferred. Experience doing energy retrofits, HVAC work, insulation, carpentry and or drywall is a plus. Current driver's license and clean driving record is a must. Position would involve up to 35% of work in attics and crawlspace which can be hot, dusty and uncomfortable. Candidate must be hard working and OK with working in tight spaces. Work involves air sealing, duct sealing, insulation work etc. Company vehicle may be available. Although experience in the industry is preferred, we may consider training the right person. Compensation starts at $21-27/hr depending on experience. This is a full time 40 hour/week position. Two weeks paid vacation and $400 monthly performance bonuses available. Total yearly compensation $42,240-$54,720.
