About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager in Wholesale Lending Operations as part of the Procedure Support team. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:Manage assignments and tasks with other procedure writers and publishers to meet business objectives and deliverables

Manage a team of procedure writers and senior procedure writers

Ensure regulatory and legal requirements are being met in the documentation of our procedures

Utilize JIRA to assign, track and report on requests ensuring the business objectives are met

Present to senior leaders on business performance and recommend strategies to implement changes and improvements

Support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

Ensure that performance metrics are aligned with expected outcome and make changes accordingly

Attend and participate in operations or CB Transformation meetings and suggest overall strategies and updates on assignments impacting procedures

Work with all levels of the project- project manager, operations leaders, technology partners and subject matter experts

Required Qualifications:4+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:4+ years of technical documentation, publication, communications or procedure writing experience

Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards

Knowledge and understanding of the Open Text system

Knowledge and understanding of JIRA

Wholesale Lending experience

Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team

Experience in managing online content/procedures on Open Text or similar content management system

Experience working with risk, legal or regulatory requests

Ability to manage multiple projects of various complexities at one time

Experience writing new or updated procedures and supporting documents (job aids, letters, checklists, etc.)
