Property Preservation Contractor or Handyman Needed

Spectrum Solutions is seeking to add experienced Property Preservation contractors or handymen to our vendor network in Juneau AK and surrounding areas to support our recent HUD Field Service Management award. In addition to standard initial property preservation services like winterization, rekey, securing, debris removal etc. We are also in need of vendors who can perform routine yard care/snow removal every 2 weeks (during season) as well as complete property inspections every 2 weeks.
