Nurse Manager Postion Full Time or 3/4 Time

SASC is a small ambulatory surgery center where minor spine procedures are performed. The position can be full or part-time depending on degree of interest in direct clinical care. If part-time, the position may be well suited for an experienced nurse who wants flexible hours including the ability to work some from home.

Core administrative responsibilities include:

Assignment of nursing duties, staffing, training, and supervision

Working alongside office manager and physicians in providing oversight of the center's operations

Maintaining center's operation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Clinical responsibilities include:

Intake evaluations and patient scheduling

Depending upon interest, other direct patient care could include procedural, pre & post procedure duties

Qualifications:

RN Degree and AK State license required

ACLS

Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance issues is a plus (e.g.Medicare, AK state)

Experience in surgery setting a plus

Compensation and Schedule:

Depends upon experience

Can be full or part-time; salary vs. hourly
