Follow up and support

ARR bookings growth

Sales hiring and retention

Increase cross-selling across product portfolio

Develop deep understanding of Brightly GTM approach and operations, and subsequently support Brightly colleagues in making their sales even more scalable, in particular

Size of customer support organization

Opportunity to establish online sales

Revisit revenue synergies and refine synergies – both target and Siemens synergies

Confirm / revisit synergy targets and ensure correct prioritization among synergies

Detail synergy concepts

Detail synergy plans / timelines

Lead and facilitation for specific synergies, with emphasis on

Geographic expansion of Brightly, initially in selected European and/or Asian countries

Expansion into other market verticals aligned with SI’s business

Building X sales by expanding Brightly salesforce with Building-X salespeople

SI service sales to Brightly customers

Work with Brightly GTM to develop Brightly brand as “Brightly, a Siemens company” and eventually bring Brightly offerings to the Siemens Xcelerator business platform

Drive integration review preparation and content generation for Integration team.

Partner strategically at various levels across the organization, establish and maintain outstanding communication, and build/maintain collaborative relationships at all levels. Work closely with key internal customers, partners and acquisition targets and act as critical liaison to other segments and business functions, focused on enhancing cross-functional alignment across our portfolio

Work closely with Integration and Leadership teams contributing to budget planning and tracking, reporting, monitoring revenue data, analyzing data to derive trends and opportunities and drive associated action plans

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceSeasoned well-rounded leader with extensive senior leadership experience in sales, go-to-market, and operational roles

Minimum 10+ years of Enterprise Software, SaaS, Distribution background

Ability to pragmatically prioritize, find 80/20 solutions that deliver results quickly

Ability to both listen carefully and persuade colleagues from senior executives to working level

Proven ability to manage complex programs, including execution, implementation and influencing skills. Able to handle many diverse and complex activities in parallel. Must be highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Flexible, team player with a positive attitude towards internal and external customer experience

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or other relevant discipline required

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and ExperienceUnderstanding of SI digital building business including digital services, Building X, etc.

Advanced degree e.g. MBA

Experience working in Enterprise SW

Financial or Operations roles in SW
