This person will be responsible for effective planning across the new and existing products in our Service Cloud portfolio, delivering a strong operational cadence to work towards our goals, providing outstanding business insights fed by a scalable data-driven approach and leading groundbreaking initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities. The candidate will be a person who respects both the design/strategic analysis and the process/detail mentality, is able to build positive relationships with cross-functional teams, can grow an extraordinary pool of talent in the team and can work with senior leaders across the organization to enable ongoing Salesforce success.ResponsibilitiesLead and run the Service Cloud GTM Strategy & Operations team across all products, involving recruitment, on-boarding, development, performance and people management

Work closely with Product executives on day-to-day operations, strategic planning, GTM execution and other key projects

Become the subject matter expert across the Service Cloud portfolio, performing thorough data analysis to support and progress key GTM decisions

Partner with Service leadership to develop, execute and supervise quarterly business plans, including actionable recommendations and a strong cadence to achieve our demanding growth targets

Own and drive the annual Go-To-Market planning cycle, including driving alignment across key cross-functional collaborators to ensure the product portfolio is set up for success

Interact with various cross-functional groups at senior levels (e.g. Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, M&A, etc.) to bring business insights and drive execution

Work across the broader Cloud GTM Strategy team to collaborate, learn and make sure we continue to innovate, optimize, automate and scale as the business grows

Assist product and marketing leaders through new product launches

Build executive presentations, helping product leadership to craft the storyline and key messages

Required Skills/Experience:10+ years of constant career acceleration, either at a high-growth tech company in a strategic sales/business operations sr. leadership role OR at a top management consulting company with strong exposure to Go-To-Market/Product Strategy assignments.

Strong people management skills with a proven track record of building and scaling large teams, managing through others and nurturing future leaders.

Executive presence and demonstrated success building positive relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing and collaborating in cross-functional environments.

Courageous communicator; experience in presenting, speaking and writing before large diverse teams. Capable of crafting messages on behalf of senior execs, finding the right style for every situation.

Ability to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment (sense of urgency, ability to adjust on the fly to unplanned situations).

Understanding of the cloud enterprise application space such as CRM software, sales planning and forecasting, CPQ, or location intelligence software a plus

Demonstrated experience building a growing culture aligned to Salesforce values.

BS/BA required; MBA is preferred.
