As part of the Corporate Application and Platform Leadership Team, the LATAM Divesture Director will be responsible for managing our LATAM divestiture separation program and TSA processes. They will drive all Lumen IT activities required for separation and TSA support. They will provide executive status updates and work with Stonepeak to achieve separation goals.This team will work with cross functional teams to create separation and migration solutions and execute program deliverables. They will follow agile processes to drive development requests and removed risks and issues where required. The Director ensures the LATAM divestiture is operating efficiently and delivering milestones on time and within budget. They drive initiatives to improve the throughput of the teams and ensure optimal value is achieved.The Main ResponsibilitiesRepresent LATAM Divestiture development requests in Lumen PI planning events
Eliminate impediments working with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end value
Lead change across IT and the business for impacts created by LATAM divestiture activities
Engaged with key business stakeholders on a regular basis to understand their perspective and what they need to be successful
Work with IT and business leadership to influence their thinking and ensuring all key IT and business are engaged and partnering effectively and regularly with the Agile process
Staying well connected on a daily basis with current Program activities ensuring the team has what they need to overcome issues quickly and successfully
Building a culture of excellence, urgency and focus on customer in every aspect delivery
Taking the lead to work through conflict situations that reach an executive level
Developing a culture of continuous improvement in people, process and technology built around the Strategic Planning and Transformation XLR8 agile framework
Develop annual goals that are aligned to company and business goals that ensure we’re focused on continuous improvement and business value
Ensure the team is motivated, engaged and working towards positive business and customer outcomes
Ensuring we’re effectively managing the business change management in the delivery of LATAM program
What We Look For in a CandidateExperience :Ten years of professional experience managing and leading IT teams in large global enterprises
Experience leading large matrixed programs
Experience with SAFe agile
Experience being responsible for overall external partner and vendor relationships
Experience in setting vision and direction and gaining executive alignment with the strategy
Experience in leading and guiding a team that is balanced from a skills and diversity perspective
Experience in implementing a culture change and transformation of teams
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :Knowledge of Lumen LATAM systems and processes
Embody executive presence and must have observable influencing skills
Eliminate impediments working with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end value
Demonstrate solid understanding of business needs to drive the ability to lead the design, build and continuous business support to meet strategic business objectives
Ability to problem solve and work effectively in complex, ambiguous situations
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills are a must
Demonstrate excellent problem solving, negotiating, conflict management and decision-making skills
Operate consistently with a sense of urgency and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Proven track record of driving productivity while maintaining or increasing quality
Strong business process knowledge required – Quote-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay, Supply Chain, Finance
Good exposure to Agile/SCRUM development

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation.
