Measuring & Testing/Fleet Coordinator

Essential Job Functions-

Maintaining an organized and efficient M&TE storage area

Track and schedule calibrations for all M&TE

Keeping equipment status, location and calibration details up to date in database

Order and/or request procurement of needed equipment and consumables

Track and schedule regular maintenance on all Team owned and leased vehicles

Monitor and Coordinate all vehicle needs including procuring vehicles, scheduling repairs, keeping vehicles clean and in good running condition

Complete repairs and/or maintenance possible in our shop as appropriate

Keeping database and files up to date and organized for equipment and vehicles

Completing required reports and documentation including, but not limited to, monthly mileage reports and quarterly inspections of electrical cords, fall protection and ladders.

Procure and ship equipment and/or supplies requested by personnel in the field

Job Qualifications -

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work with computers / computerized equipment

Ability to pass a Fit for Duty (must lift 50lbs.)

Must be able to pass hair follicle testing (DOT regulated position)

Must have a current Drivers license

Mechanical background a plus

Work Condition -

Position is 40 hours a week and Urban based

Wage range is between $18 and $24 an hour and is DOE

Position is based out of a branch or site location (Fairbanks)

Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel

Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection

May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis
