WHAT WE DO The customer management team position entails initiating and maintaining customer relationships by guiding drivers through the full scope of the automotive repair process.

EDUCATE Our customer managers work with clients to educate, prioritize, and assess the best course of action for them individually. This is not a sales position. This is a "service advising" position.

WHAT "SERVICE ADVISING" MEANS We advise and advocate for drivers in the repair process by providing them with the most excellent and highly technical information available through clear, kind, accurate and timely communication.

TECHNICIAN PARTNERSHIPS Customer managers work directly with our exceptional Technician staff in order to understand complexities of the repair process. Customer managers work with technicians to learn and to educate themselves about repairs.

WORK WEEK STRUCTURE

Ten hour work-week: Monday through Thursday, 8:00-6:00

Two weeks vacation

Leave without pay flexibility available according to team-needs and at management discretion
