Part-time Handyman

I’m looking for a reliable, skilled handyman who can help with ongoing part-time work. Typical tasks include small repairs, maintenance, minor plumbing/electrical fixes, painting, patching, and general upkeep. Other tasks include showing vacant units, mowing, collecting quarters, and changing lock key codes. This position is ideal for someone who is experienced, communicates well, and can work independently. I’m also open to someone who is still learning and wants to pick up skills on the job.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with general home repairs (or willingness to learn)

Ability to troubleshoot and complete tasks efficiently

Your own basic tools (I will provide more complex tools)

Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

Reliable transportation

Work Details:

Part-time, as-needed basis
