We have an opening for an: Auto Body Production Manager
Alaska Sales & Service Body Shop has an immediate opening for a Production Manager.
We are searching for a highly skilled individual to be part of our team.
This is a full-time position, eligible for overtime and benefits. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

DUTIES:
Ability to lead and motivate a productive team
Be part of controlling cost and production flow
Ensure quality control on all repairs
Work closely with the parts consultant and estimators to insure efficient flow of vehicles through the shop
QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive attitude
I-CAR, ASE, and/or other industry training recommended
Prior Auto Body Shop experience required
Ability to identify damage and apply knowledge to the collision repair process
Knowledge of DRP insurance requirements
Skilled in handling and coordinating work flows through the shop
Ability to communicate with people and give direction to the team
Ability to supervise and motivate both hourly and flat rate technicians
Computer skills in estimating and management software
Must be self-motivated and organized
Able to work extended hours when needed
