PHOTOJOURNALIST (ANCHORAGE)

Your Alaska link Newsroom is looking for a photojournalist!

Do you have a passion for visual storytelling? Do you have a working knowledge of professional grade cameras and equipment? Are you familiar with non-linear editing software and computers? Can you effectively manage multiple tasks on a daily basis? Do you have strong communication skills, and a strong work ethic?

- Must have a clean driving record.

- Previous Newsroom and/or video production experience is required.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, from 8:30am – 5:30pm. Starting pay is $14.50 and hour.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

- Finding and Pitching Story Ideas

- Camera Operations

- Editing Stories for On-Air and Online

- Posting Stories Online

- Equipment Inventory

- Keeping News Vehicles Clean and Maintained
