Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for a Part-Time Transaction Coordinator to join our growing real estate company. Firebird Realty has grown exponentially in its first two years and we are looking to expand our team with someone who is professional, personable, energetic, and willing to take initiative to help our close knit office. This position would start part-time with the potential to grow to full-time. Real estate license would be preferred, but not required.

Duties would include, but are not limited to:

Answering Phones

Setting Up Files

Inputting Listings

Closing Listings

Organizing Transaction Files

Creating Listing Flyers

Hourly wages DOE
