We are currently searching for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to split time between 2 of our properties in Anchorage! If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy working with others and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for answering service requests, getting apartments ready for occupancy, maintaining/repair electrical, plumbing, small/large appliances and light interior/exterior painting when needed.

To qualify you must have 2 years of building maintenance experience, excellent verbal communication skills, be able to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
