We are currently searching for Apartment Maintenance Technicians to work at a few of our communities in Anchorage! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for answering service requests, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed!

To qualify you must have 2 years experience in building maintenance, strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs., have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.

You also must be willing to complete an criminal/credit background check and a voluntary drug test
