JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in search for a Patient Care Coordinator/ Physical Therapy Tech. This is a challenging position it is expected to be half time physical therapy tech working under the supervision of the physical therapist with patients and a half time position working the front desk as a patient care coordinator. This is a major position for the office as this individual is the first point of contact as well as responsible our ongoing stability and growth of the entire practice.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent phone communication skills

Excellent in person communication skills

Experience in the wellness or medical space is not required but is preferred

Proven ability to work with clients

Able to follow exact instructions

Excellence in data entry

EXPECTED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the schedule in full

Managing all aspects of the reception area in full

Seeing that the appointment verses Patient Visits are above 90% at all times

Greeting all incoming patients

Seeing that all patients leaving are scheduled for their next appointment

Cleaning gym and equipment

Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist with patients in the gym
