South Restaurant + Coffeehouse is looking for Prep Cooks, AM shifts available only.The prep cook's primary responsibility is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing an exceptional dining experience that makes our guests want to return again and again. Basic duties include preparing ingredients and recipes needed for use on the line.

Qualified candidates will have:

Experience in a fast paced restaurant setting.

A current Municipality of Anchorage Food Workers Card

Excellent communication and organization skills
