Join Our Community of Food People!Responsible for analysis, validation, interpretation and communication of Ops Ex programs.This position is remote virtual which means the work can be competed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii and Unite States Territories.RESPONSIBILITIESThe role will include, but is not limited to: Research Vendor Compliance and unloading disputes. When applicable, enter credits in system for vendors. Communicate internally and externally findings from dispute research. Operate as the USF subject matter expert for Vendor Compliance SOPs and best practices. Analyze documents submitted by divisions and determine appropriate method of investigation ensuring that fault is clearly established against correct party. Work closely with division leadership and Manager on claims which are disputed by vendors, or divisions to find resolution. Resolution can range from legal demands to removing vendors from compliance program. Central point of contact for Vendor Compliance reporting questions and communication to field leadership teams. Create and distribute recurring reports and dashboards to appropriate stakeholders. Support long-term projects and initiatives using proper techniques. Provides education and training to the field for vendor compliance key metrics and identifying root causes. Understand and educate the field our CHEP program. Facilitate calls with the field to partner with them to make our CHEP metrics. Analyze CHEP metrics for opportunities. Assist with ad hoc requests for Ops Ex Programs.RELATIONSHIPS:Internal: OPEX, Warehouse Managers, Category Management, and others as requestedExternal: Pallet Vendors, Capstone, TGW, and others as requestedQUALIFICATIONSEducation/Training: Bachelor’s degree, preference in Supply Chain or related fieldRelated Experience/Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience required. Prior claims experience required. Experience in a foodservice/distribution setting preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact positively with a wide variety of employees at all levels. Demonstrated effective negotiating skills with ability to analyze and organize facts into useful knowledge. High degree of coordination, planning and organizational skills required. Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerApps. Tableau and SQL skills are desired.The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Pay Equity Act. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $63,000.00 and $84,000.00.
