RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Anchorage, AK that is seeking a Windows 10 Deployment Analyst.

Summary:Our Anchorage healthcare client is taking on an Enterprise initiative to migrate all their devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10. They are looking for a contract Windows 10 Deployment Analyst in Alaska to be the liaison between the tech team actually doing the replacement work and the clinicians and other employees in each facility. This is a customer facing, service orientated role along with insuring successful processes are in place and communicating between the tech teams and onsite hospital and clinic staff. This is a 12 month on site 40 hour per week position and may require travel to outlying smaller clinics as needed. It will be required to have a reliable car (and mileage will be reimbursed). The W2 hourly pay rate is $50 to $60/hour depending on experience. This client requires a COVID-19 vaccination. Responsibilities: In this role, the Windows 10 Deployment Analyst will support communication between the PM, tech teams and onsite hospital staff for the Win 7 to 10 device upgrades This includes training, and tools to facilitate the successful completion of the program; The Windows 10 Deployment Analyst will be bringing a great customer centric attitude at all times This will be a Monday - Friday work schedule; Mostly regular business hours

REQUIREMENTS: BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Field, or equivalent education/experience 3+ years of experience in a customer liaison, desktop support, service desk or some type of technical support experience 2+ years of experience in a business focused capacity; some type of BA role Previous experience in this type of BA role working on a Windows 7 to 10 upgrade Strong verbal and written communication skills including both business/clinical users and IT Technical users Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and high level of customer centric service ability
