Ticket Seller - full time or part time

Arctic Valley Ski Area is hiring a ticket seller to work Thursdays thru Sundays (Sat-Sun for part time) from late November to early April. Duties include: selling lift and tubing tickets; taking food orders; selling merchandise; answering guest inquiries in person, via phone, and email; resolving customer issues; assisting with janitorial duties; and helping prepare food.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, especially in the recreation/outdoors industry. A current Food Workers Card is required (can be obtained online after hiring); current TAPs card as well is preferred.

Reliable, winter-conditions-ready transportation is a must - it isn't always easy to get to the hill! A background check will be performed on all applicants. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
