Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking for a Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our facility.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities include:

Technical and product knowledge

Repair and maintain the operating condition of Conveyor, Screener, Screw, Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Off Road Dumpster, Commercial Truck and small equipment.

Diagnose faults or failures to determine vital repairs.

Read and understand operating manuals.

Conduct proper inspections, testing, or repairs.

Perform routine maintenance, lubricate and clean equipment.

Operate recently repaired equipment to verify the competence of repairs.

Keep adequate records and maintain documentation in line with proper standards.

Job Qualifications

Driving license – Clean record

Education

Minimum high school education/GED; Technical or Secondary College Preferred
