Used Carlot Manger Needed Bilingual in Spanish

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Dealership Manager to oversee operations at our Buy Here, Pay Here dealership. The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills, experience in the automotive industry, and fluency in Spanish to better serve our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership

Supervise and train staff

Oversee customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service

Handle financing, payments, and collections for Buy Here, Pay Here customers

Maintain inventory and sales records

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales or management

Experience with Buy Here, Pay Here financing

Bilingual in Spanish (both verbal and written)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage a team and drive sales
