Your approach to corporate recruiting is enthusiastic and thorough, and you're just as comfortable recruiting for entry-level roles as you are with senior leadership roles.If this describes you, then we want you to join GCG as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Corporate Recruiter) .We’re looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to help manage and evolve GCG’s recruiting efforts . In this role, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will actively assess current and future workforce needs, increase diversity applicant flow, and foster a positive and candidate-friendly hiring process.This is a 100% remote position, ideally located within a reasonable travel distance of Chicago, IL, Miamisburg, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Alpharetta, GA.Responsibilities:

Partner with all internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR colleagues, etc.) to define, open, and prioritize job requisitions, carefully considering budgeted headcount and business need

Determine strategies for building inclusive candidate slate and talent pools

Collaborate with leadership and HR partners to implement best practices in talent acquisition

Maintain and update applicant tracking system

Ensure that all hiring practices are in accordance with current federal, state, and local laws

Execute full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, working autonomously and at the speed of market conditions

Engage in regular sourcing for and consistent outreach to passive and diverse potential candidates, especially for most critical and specialized roles

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local educational institutions, community outreach with vocation schools and partnerships with state/local labor departments

Participate in social media and employment marketing campaigns, job fairs, career events and public speaking engagements related to recruiting as required

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience required (experience in manufacturing, distribution, engineering or information technology, or agency serving manufacturing or distribution clients preferred)

Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office applications

Experience using an applicant tracking system, recruiter applications in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other HR/talent acquisition tools
