Job Description :

POSITION DESCRIPTION · Responsible for documenting and supporting ADECA business processes and will serve as a liaison between ADECA IT and the ADECA Divisions · Analyze the work processes performed by Divisions to document business requirements, functional activities, inputs, and outputs. · Work with process owners to ensure that ADECA business processes are optimized and supports integration with with ADECA business systems. · Document and diagram the flow of information, activities, and data capture that support modernization initiatives. · Maintain and document process changes occurring over time, contribute to an information knowledgebase, and provide Business Analyst services to software development team in the modernization of existing applications. · Reports to the Business Solutions Manager · Serves as a liaison between IT and Divisions to identify business processes in the organization and align them with enterprise solutions for standardization, automation, or enhancement. · Works with Divisions, staff, and teams to analyze and develop documentation of use cases and detailed requirements for use with information technology systems. · Support user acceptance and testing procedures to evaluate effectiveness of business processes. · Provides recommendations for functional design and process models. · Serves as the technical process owner responsible for maintaining an inventory of supported business processes. · Serves as the Incident Manager and Change Manager on the IT Service Desk. · Works with the IT Business Solutions manager to implement and deploy services. · Provides continuous improvement and ownership of business processes. · Operates as a Support Desk agent to receive and resolve tasks assignments. · Provide technical skills for authoring process diagrams, use cases, design, and system and end-user documentation. · Provide essential project management skills or coordination to monitor and complete complex projects. · Coordinate with IT managers and customers to deliver solutions and services. · Perform key roles in software development lifecycle (SDLC) to develop detailed analysis and design documentation and support testing procedures to ensure business processes are performing to expectation. · Maintain an inventory of supported business processes and periodically review them with the business owners. · Maintain system and end-user documentation. · Support the implementation of security and compliance policies.

SKILLS

REQUIRED · Proficient in professional office software, including diagraming and visualization tools.

· Proficient technical writing skills and organizing content.

· Communication (oral and written)

· Requirements Gathering

SKILLS PREFERRED · Preferred experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL, and Power BI

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED · Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in computer science, information systems or a related field or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or a related field with at least three courses in computer science or information systems.

· AND Two (2) years of experience in performing IT coordinator or office management functions and liaison activities, and user testing and/or functional systems training for information technology-related projects/agencies/departments.

· OR;

· An associate degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology

· AND Two (2) years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Local/wide area network design, maintenance, or support o Mainframe/Midrange design, maintenance, or support o Database system design, maintenance, or support NOTE: •

· Additional education and/or experience above that which is minimally required, may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION · Full time, onsite, Montgomery, AL.

· Limited remote work may be considered after 1-2 months of demonstrated proficiency.

· Budgeted for 6 months. This position has the possibility of converting to merit. Position does not offer sponsorship. Candidate must be either a United States citizen or a current holder.
