PT Site Manger / 20 Unit Mobile Park

Part Time - 10-15 hours week - FREE RV for housing- in exchange for labor. Must live on site.

Max 2 persons. Non smokers only. Credit and background check required.

Job: watch property. Supervise - direct lawn care. Oversight on tenants-property. Interact with tenants. Post notices. Take and send pictures. Capable of sending and receiving emails, texts, print out documents. Report daily to Manager.
