Assistant Property Manager

A growing self storage operator with 11 self-storage facilities in Arizona and is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to work part-time as an Assistant Property Manager at our Mobile, Alabama facility. The candidate will provide an exceptional customer experience and have excellent sales, marketing, and customer service skills.

This is a working Assistant Property Manager position which includes all customer interaction, collection of payments, leasing of storage units, walking and picking up the site daily, answering phones, and some daily computer tasks. The facilities standard hours are Monday through Saturday 9AM - 6 PM and Sunday 9AM-4PM. The days for this position are Sunday and Monday.

Retail sales, customer service background and cash management strongly preferred. You must have a valid drivers license and reasonable transportation as well as be able to work weekends and some holidays. Prior to starting you will have to pass a complete background check.

Must be enthusiastic, have good interpersonal skills, and desire to provide a fantastic customer experience

Able to handle customer complaints with a smile

Must be a confident self-starter who solves challenges on their own

Strong computer and internet skills

Storage, multi-family, or hotel experience a plus

Preferably has previous experience in Collections

Must have valid driver's license and transportation
