Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join our Supply Chain team to support multiple Missile and Weapons Systems (MWS) development and production programs in Huntsville, Alabama .Position Responsibilities:

Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position is for 1st shift.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Experience in performing data analysis.

Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines.

Experience working both independently and in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience in executing Build-to–print, Services, COTS and/or EEE purchase contracts.

Experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals.

Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.

Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service.

Typical Education/Experience:Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
