This position works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Contracts Management and is responsible for activities related to the full lifecycle of contract administration support including, but not limited to:

  • Independently administers and monitors various types of contracts, i.e. time and material (T&M); firm fixed price (FFP); indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ); level of effort cost reimbursement type contracts (CPFF, CPAF, etc.); and other transactions as necessary.
  • Facilitates pre-award and post award activities in support of projects. Ability to draw upon and utilize hands-on contract management experience in daily administrative duties.
  • Generate cost analysis for upper management by preparing and maintaining Program Status Reports (PSRs) for active projects.
Breadth of duties may span several sub-specialties and may be either company-specific, typically handling pre-award and post-award administration, or more broadly defined encompassing the Enterprise as a whole.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deltek Costpoint Experience - setting up a project, managing the workforce, understanding the Time & Expense interface, running project summary reports, etc.
  • Project Control functions in support of Enterprise managers regarding all funding actions, spend plans, pricing revisions, and proposal revisions in response to changes in scope and customer requests.
  • Knowledge and experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with confidence. Strong planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks and many details. Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced deadline oriented and changing environment.
  • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications including Excel and Office 365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Contracts Management, or related field and equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
