JOB SUMMARY: The PMO Reporting Analyst is responsible for program and portfolio metrics and reporting solutions in the technology PMO. This position interacts regularly with leadership stakeholders throughout the technology organization to define, develop and publish program and portfolio reporting solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills)
  • BS or BBA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field highly desirable
  • Advanced understanding and proficiency using data acquisition and reporting technologies and solutions such as Power BI, Excel and SQL Server Report Builder to advance PMO data analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Experience developing and publishing reports in the Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to proactively analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Strong team player and self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision to capture requirements and develop process and reporting solutions in collaboration with a broad stakeholder community
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to routinely interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies
  • Experience with Clarity PPM administrative support
  • Experience working with virtual teams

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leverage Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool reporting capability to automate and produce meaningful project, program, and portfolio reports
  • Develop, enhance, and publish monthly and ad-hoc program and project portfolio reports using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • Develop executive level portfolio reports with a strong eye for accuracy and effective visualization
  • Perform data analysis to identify and establish processes to ensure sustained correction of data quality issues
  • Proactively leverage technology to automate reporting processes to make reporting more efficient and effective
  • Provide Clarity PPM administrative support
Interface with PMO managers and process stakeholders outside of the PMO to advance PMO initiatives
