Residential construction helper

Looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to help with demo, clean up and basic tasks at residential construction sites. Will be responsible for keeping tools, shop, trailer etc organized and clean. Lawn maintenance at some of our rental properties as well. Must have reliable transportation, drivers license and be able to pass a drug test
