Assistant Production Manager

This position assists the Production Manager and continuously helps to improve the Health & Safety, Manufacturing and Quality Control processes for the Contraflam Glass and VDS Frame Manufacturing Operations. Using agreed manufacturing and Quality Standards this individual leads the effort to improve processes and eliminate quality control problems in all areas of the Contraflam Glass and VDS Frame manufacturing process in conjunction with Quality Manager. This position works hands-on with the manufacturing team, spending approximately 75% of time on the plant floor leading and executing, and 25% on administration, data evaluation and process functions. Manage Keralite Production including Glass Loss Reduction.
