Customer Service Representative - Full time hours

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative(CSR). This is a temporary position needed due to our location currently working out of 2 separate offices. Rotech Healthcare specializes in the delivery, setup, and service of durable medical equipment(Oxygen/CPAP/Bipap/wheelchairs/beds/etc.) and respiratory supplies.

Job Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Responsibilities:

Rotech's CSRs communicate with patients, referral sources and co-workers to effectively perform all tasks related to patient care and third party reimbursement. CSRs will be responsible for managing all aspects of intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting data into Eintake, printing tickets, and processing paperwork.

Job Requirements:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in the medical field and a strong customer service background is preferred, but not required.
