Painters/contractors/drywall/tile guys needed for my flips

I’m a local investor who’s always buying homes to flip so I need guys to work with. I don’t want to babysit the job I need hard working trust worthy people, I buy all my own materials so labor cost only. I’m not looking to pay by the hour, I’m looking to pay per job Unless I find a couple guys who really work I’ll pay by the hour. Have your own tools I do not have any. Know what you’re doing.
