Construction Measure Manager Wanted

Mad City Windows & Baths,is looking for a results orientated Measure Technician Manager who can help build and manage our growing team of measure technicians!

This position is office-based, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

What You'll Do:

Interview and hire new Measure Technicians

Onboard new Measure Technicians

Assist with placement/scheduling of new Measure Technicians

Assist with measure contracts and issues

Upload new measures to the company’s CRM

Assist with reorder tracking

Qualifications:

2-3 years previous remodeling experience

Knowledge of residential replacement windows, acrylic baths, and/or kitchen cabinets

1-3 years of previous management experience

Comfortable with basic computer software (Microsoft Suite)
