LOCAL Construction Technicians Needed - Starting 5/8/24 - Retail Outlet Refresh.

Calling all Skilled Tradespeople!

We're looking to fill positions for qualified construction technicians to join our team on a fast-paced refresh project at a commercial retail property. This project is expected to last approximately 21 days with the potential for continued work at additional locations upon completion

The Job:

This position requires versatility in construction experience to include the following tasks:

LVT Flooring Installation: Expertise in laying vinyl tile (LVT) flooring.

Light Electrical: Ability to handle basic electrical tasks like fixture installation and switch replacements (no permits required).

Drywall: Patching, repairing, and hanging drywall.

Painting: Applying paint to walls and ceilings to level 5 finish.

Fixture Installation: Installing light fixtures, cabinets and other building elements.

The Candidate:

Proven experience in construction with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with safety protocols and construction best practices.

Must possess a valid driver's license or a valid government-issued ID.

Able to provide references (1-2 preferred).
