Part Time Maintenance Tech

Village Green Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Tech to help maintain 4 buildings. This positions requires some knowledge of painting, cleaning, changing light bulbs, emptying garbages, getting apartment ready for new leases among other things. Applicant must be able to work independently and as a team. Must pass pre-employment drug screen (THC Will not disqualify) and DSHS criminal background check. NO PHONE CALLS.
