Floret, an award winning vegetarian and LGBTQ+ friendly restaurant in SeaTac airport, is a vibrant and high-volume place for a cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a full-time cook to support and lead our kitchen team in the morning, afternoon & evening.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Set-up line at start of shift and re-stock/breakdown at the end of shift

Line prep cooking duties for: vegan soups, raw and cooked entree elements.

All food receiving; label and stock all ingredients in an organized and accessible manner

Maintaining cleanliness

Line cook also assists with prep team if needed

Other assigned tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

Base wage: $19.71/hour

Tips: Range from $5.00 - $11.00/hour, depending on business volume

Total: $24.71 - $30.00/hour

-Accrued PTO

-Medical Insurance with employer contribution for employees working 30+ hours.

-401k with an employer match of up to 4%, after working for one year and at least 1,000 hours.

Must Haves:

-Weekend availability

-You must be able to pass a background check by the TSA (no felonies and must have valid identification documents).

- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds up and down stairs

-Minimum of 2 years of relatively recent restaurant experience in a cook position

- Experience is great, but we are willing to train if you have a positive attitude, and are willing to work hard and dive into the job.
