Experienced Drafter, Designer, Engineer

The Land Developers Engineered Solution is seeking a full time structural drafter for our Tumwater, WA office. The projects will range from small single family residents to large commercial and multi-family projects. The Land Developers Engineered Solution has 23 years of experience with local and state jurisdictions providing quality engineering services that include structural engineering, land development, storm water management, and feasibility studies. Candidate will be self motivated with enthusiastic with team-oriented attitude. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited too, develop structural plan sheets and details, 2D and 3D AutoCAD Site Plan, Grading, Drainage, Sewer, and Water Plans and revise construction plans as directed. Minimum requirements are as follows:

2 years of Drafting experience (Civil 3D desired)

Working knowledge AutoCAD 2013 (or newer)

Detail Oriented

Strong verbal and written communication skills
