RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Project Manager. In this role, the Project Manager will create action plan from strategy. The Project Manager will anticipate and drive across multiple people & teams, and progress toward deadlines and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS: Program management experience Good at documenting process Proficient at Excel (including ability to create pivot tables) Proficient at creating relevant messaging and status updates, risks and mitigation plans Knows our tools & reporting systems (nice to have) Experience in MS business and fiscal planning (nice to have) Knowledge of MS field, both sales and services (nice to have) Change management experience (nice to have) helping the people side of change Anticipate and be proactive; not wait to be told what to do next, understands what and how to create a workback schedule from a deliverable due date Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across multiple levels within the company and with external partners Thrive in a fast-paced team environment, prioritizing your own work, building and maintaining effective working relationships, accommodating diverse work styles, and being fair and unbiased Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are essential to the role
