RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Associate Producer in Redmond, Washington (WA).

Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Responsibilities include: An Associate Producer will work with development teams to usher deliverables through various stages of game development, ensuring commitments are met on time and to the highest possible quality Collaborating across multiple teams to define clear goals, create plans, set milestones, and execute Defining user stories and describing clear acceptance criteria for features and tasks The Associate Producer will enter, track, communicate project capacity, and velocity Tracking and mitigating dependencies and risks Lead scrum teams through our sprint planning process An Associate Producer will facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members Ensuring awareness of schedules and progress through all phases of development Interaction level with team - will be a very interactive and collaborative roleREQUIREMENTS: 2-3+ years of demonstrated experience in game production, in a Live Operations/GaaS environment with a proven ability to collaborate with creative leads to achieve production plans To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
