community caretaker

Summary

Rimrock Meadows is a recreational community offering membership camping, swimming, and many outdoor activities for their enjoyment. We are seeking a full-time community caretaker. Prospect must be a minimum of 18 years of age, meet the minimum physical requirements and have excellent customer service abilities. Cleaning experience is preferred, and reliable transportation is a must.

Essential Functions

Cleaning of the community shower house, clubhouse, and kitchen; including bathrooms, vacuuming, windows, dusting, moping and general grounds upkeep.

General customer service and assisting members; answering phones, taking payments, general inquiries.

Fill member propane tanks.

Assist with community events including annual Memorial and Labor Day BBQs.

Individuals may perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma Preferred

Valid Driver’s License Required

Schedule:

8-hour shift (days)

Thursday – Monday including holidays.
