Residential experienced painters wanted

We are looking for skilled and experienced painters to join our custom home building team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of all aspects of painting, including preparation, application, and finishing.

Responsibilities:

+ Able to setup and safely use pump jacks, ladders, scaffolding, harnesses and ropes

+ Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming

+ Apply paint and/or stain to interior and exterior surfaces

+ Perform takeoffs for the supplies needed

+ Clean up work areas

Qualifications:

+ 1 year of experience as a painter

+ Strong understanding of all aspects of painting

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Ability to meet deadlines

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
