Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.Amazon Flex's Compliance and Fraud Prevention team is looking for an experienced Senior Product manager to lead fraud prevention and compliance solutions. You will own technology services from ideation through launch and support multiple billion-dollar businesses. You get to work back from customers and delivery partners, perform market analysis, build business cases, set the vision for the team, launch products and drive adoption. You will partner with UX Designers, engineers and applied scientist to deliver innovative products.The ideal candidate for this role will have business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of technical concepts. You will need to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by ambiguity. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, the ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership are essential to success in this role.Key job responsibilities
Partner with cross functional teams of product managers, program managers, UX designers, developers and data scientists to build the best in-class compliance, and fraud prevention capabilities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide the product strategy
Set the right success metrics for the product, make data driven decisions to shape the product roadmap and closely work with engineering teams on product delivery.
Build a fluid product set for global audience, that solves for dynamic fraud prevention needs and compliance regulations across the world
Lead the discussions/updates with senior leadership and drive key decisions
Partner with cross functional stakeholders on understanding different facets of the product, like legal, PR, compliance, marketing etc. to build the right experiences
Play a key role in shaping the technical strategy of the product by closely working with the engineering team

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
