Cybersecurity Technician - Senior Level (TS required, eligible for SCI)

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: TS, WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY POSITION REQUIRES US CITIZENSHIP Program Description: Insupport to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Director of Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), RedTrace Technologies will assess and conduct Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of DoD systems engaged in full-spectrum cyber security operations support to offensive and defensive cyber missions. PositionDescription: Red Trace Technologies, Inc., has an immediate requirement for a Cybersecurity Technician.This position is responsible for ensuring successful Combatant Command and Service assessment event planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting in support of DOT&E’s Cybersecurity Assessment Program (CAP) events for both internal and external discussion-based and operations-based Combatant Commands and Service exercises and operational events. In this role, the Cybersecurity Technician is responsible for designing Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3) assessment events, drafting and executing the associated Data Collection Plan (DCP)m conducting post-exercise or operational assessment after-action reporting and analysis, synthesizing corrective actions, and implementing tracking/monitoring of progress to measure improvements and design future exercises to test those improvements. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in a broad range of assignments in technical tasks directly related to Cybersecurity Service Provider support to NC3 systems Top Secret with eligibility for Special Compartmental Information (SCI) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desired Must meet DoD 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Framework certification requirements Demonstrated experience in designing, planning, executing, and assessing exercises and operational assessments Experience interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing factual reports Deep knowledge of, and experience working with USSTRACOM and its Component Commands Experience performing threat analysis of adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures used to disrupt computer networks In-depth knowledge of the Joint Exercise Lifecycle Working knowledge of the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program processes and procedures Experience developing and presenting briefs to senior leaders and managers Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, and excellent computer proficiency Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service Employee Benefits:
